We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee policy on your initial payment. Each refund is liable only if the payments were made no longer than 3 days prior to the claim. We do not grant refunds for any Spotify Premium Plans for accounts that have been in another Spotify Premium Family Plan within 12 months prior to the customer's initial payment. If you would like to make a refund, email contact@haansc.com regarding any details of your refund.
